One, introduction

We developed the hot-dip galvanizing process, which is mainly characterized in that:
In1, temperature450to 470 DEG c;
2, zinc liquid added to the Zn containing Al, Sn and other components of the alloy liquid;
3, zinc pot for ceramic heat type;
In 4, heating by electric heating or intermediate frequency induction heating or gas heating molten zinc.

3, pretreatment method: hydrochloric acid rust, degreasing, acid degreasing, pickling solution degreasing derusting combo.
4, zinc liquid ingredients: pure zinc and zinc base alloys
Three, process flow
1, a, alkali washing, water washing, acid pickling, water washing, drying and hot dip plating aid - - centrifugal zinc throwing, water-cooled, passivation, washing, drying, sorting and packing pieces.
2, a, carbonization oil removal, shot peening derusting, fluxing, drying, hot galvanized, centrifugal zinc throwing, water-cooled, passivation, washing, drying, sorting and packing pieces.
In four, the main equipment
Carbonization except oil furnace, cover belt type shot blast cleaning machine, hanging chain ( or mechanical hand along the rail transport ), pickling device, ceramic zinc pot, continuous drying device, centrifugal vibration device.
In 1, chemical pretreatment:
(1) chemical pretreatment with lifting equipment; allocation of special tools for chemical pretreatment
(2) chemical pretreatment groove ( including alkaline washing, washing, acid pickling, water washing, fluxing tank ) using PP material or corrosion resistant glass steel, stainless steel, corrosion resistant material production.
2, drying: drying furnace by using electric heating or gas heating and hot air drying.
Hot dip galvanizing:
Ceramic zinc pot energy can be electric, oil, gas as the heat source, has the advantages of high efficiency, fast heating, long life etc..
Centrifugal zinc throwing ( not in the centrifuge the workpiece at the edge of the pan vibration removing excess liquid zinc ):
Centrifuge in the removal of small pieces of the surface excess zinc liquid effect is obvious, especially the threaded parts.
Water cooling tank:
Cooling water circulation water is used, there is a certain temperature, but not too much.
Passivation: prevent the workpiece white rust.
Washing: running water
Drying: drying furnace by using electric heating or gas heating and hot air drying.
In five, the production line characteristics
